Working from Home

Like many of you, I’m stuck working from my home to ensure that we “flatten the curve” in British Columbia. Many of you have phoned me and sent me emails about the Trudeau government‘s attempt to use the tragic mass shooting in Nova Scotia to introduce firearms regulations that have no hope of reducing gang and gun-related crime in our country. Others of you have lost your jobs or seen your businesses devastated by the pandemic, and you’ve contacted us to help you with your applications to receive emergency benefits. In the meantime, we Conservative opposition MPs are preparing our own plan to help Canada emerge from the COVID-19 crisis and to hold Justin Trudeau accountable for the support programs he has brought forward. We want to know what accountability measures were included in those programs and whether they actually delivered the economic support and recovery that had been promised.
